Custom Development of Flow Channel Inspection Machine for Hydrogen Fuel Cell Bipolar Plates

Function Description:

The bipolar plate flow channel inspection machine uses a line laser scanner to perform horizontal scans line by line on the plate under test, obtaining 3D point cloud data. Through multiple scans, complete point cloud data of the plate is acquired using point cloud stitching technology. The data is then positioned and corrected via point cloud matching technology. Point cloud processing technology is employed to calculate the width and height values at various points of the flow channel. The equipment processes and analyzes the measurement data to compute CPK.
